Pyrexia provides a NEET UG practice platform that includes PYQ practice, custom tests, performance analytics, and related study tools. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our services at any time.

3. User Accounts

To access certain features, you must create an account. You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
  • All activities that occur under your account
  • Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use

4. Privacy Policy

Your use of Pyrexia is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you consent to the collection and use of information as detailed in our Privacy Policy.

5. User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use the service for any illegal purpose
  • Share account credentials with others
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
  • Upload or transmit malicious code
  • Interfere with other users' access to the service

6. Content and Intellectual Property

All content provided through Pyrexia, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and video content, is owned by Pyrexia or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.

7. Payment Terms

For premium features:

  • Payments are processed securely through Razorpay and our payment partners
  • Paid plans grant access for the period stated at purchase
  • Refunds are subject to our refund policy (see account Settings); eligible refunds are initiated by Pyrexia and processed by Razorpay within 6 to 7 working days
  • No refund applicable on digital book access

8. Limitation of Liability

Pyrexia is provided "as is" without any warranties. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
